With the newly renovated meeting rooms, the Crowne Plaza Antwerp is the perfect place to meet, with dedicated personalized service and first class equipment. We offer 14 conference suites, accommodating up to 600 attendees of which 8 state-of-the-art conference suites located on the Skyline Floor with a breathtaking panoramic view over the city.

The hotel offers 264 elegantly decorated bedrooms, newly renovated superior rooms and suites, fulfilling all the needs of today's guests. All our guests have free access to our temporary fitness room, health and leisure is currently under renovation.

Bar Restaurant Toots for happy, hungry & jazzy people serves light brasserie dishes and funky cocktails.

The Airport Shuttle bus, running every hour to and from Brussels International Airport, stops in front of the hotel. For those who travel by car, the Crowne Plaza Antwerp has a large car park of 170 parking spaces, partly covered.
Job
- Report to the Director of Sales and the Hotel General Manager
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in MICE segment and the corperate market;
- Focus on business development;
- Writing own business plans;
- Maintain and develop close working relationships with meeting planners;
- Maintain and develop permanent contact with the highest potential accounts;
- Organize the promotion of the hotel’s meeting facilities and services in tourism industry events, but also with official organizations, travel agencies, airlines, professional or nonprofit associations etc.
- Attend various trade shows, functions when required;
- Able to address the clients specific needs and promote client loyalty
Requirements
IN2Hospitality is striktly looking for candidates that fit the following demands:
- Preferably. Higher education in Hospitality, Tourism or in Sales & Marketing;
- Preferably multilingual Dutch- English, and preferably German, other languages an asset
- Experience of at least 2 years in international sales management as well as previous 3, 4 and 5 star hotel
- Experience in dealing with MICE agencies and top level corporate clients;


• Positive and smiling personality with excellent presentation
• Stress resistant: client comes first and his/her needs are to be addressed!
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proactive, dynamic and reliable, goals-orientated and customer focused.
