After our initial introduction – preferably ‘on site’ – we will actively search for the right candidate. Our database grows on a monthly basis through the continuous updating of our network.  IN2Hospitality has also entered in various partnerships with other national and international industry specific companies, which provides us with a unique ‘web’ of (senior) clients and ambitious candidates.  By utilizing both groups as points of reference, our database stays current and dynamic.
