Personal Profile Analysis
In order to optimize the selection procedure or to reduce your staff turnover, IN2Hospitality offers the possibility to obtain a Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) of potential candidates. The PPA provides objective information through which informed decisions can be derived.
Thomas International is our main partner in gaining this information.
The PPA provides you and your colleagues with more insight into your preferred style of working. When a person is aware of their own behaviour, they will be able to focus on their strengths and improve their weaknesses. It is an additional tool which objectively supports your decision making processes.
The PPA will provide an insight into the professional behaviour of people.
This will answer the following questions;
- What are a person’s strengths and weaknesses
- Is he/ she a self starter
- How does a person communicate
- What motivates this person

Based on the individual PPA scores it is possible to create various reports. Besides the normal behavioural analysis, we can also create a career indication, management assessment and / or sales assessment.
