| IN2Hospitality can offer you the following job profile; As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the operations of the designated outlet, including leading the team, training and development, ensuring the service levels exceed the expectations of the guests. Working with the Chef on promotions, matching the beverages to the menu and financial responsibility for the outlet. | ||
| Requirements | ||
| IN2Hospitality needs candidates who have; - Experience in a 5* hotel background, or well known restaurant concepts, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position. - To speak a minimum of three languages - To be a good motivator and trainer for the team. - International experience. This is a benefit, but an understanding of different cultures and an open mind is a must! | ||
